Hey Scotty, My Brother Has A 2007 GMC Yukon With 143,000 Miles On It. The Engine Sometimes Loses Power While Driving, I'm Not Sure What It Could Be, Please Help. Thank You

It could be any of dozens of things on that 17-year-old vehicle. Have you scanned for codes and checked live data for clues?

A diagnostic scan with a good tool can save you hours of trial and error, and buying new parts. That should be your first step, and it's free at most part stores.
If you can't get to one right away, then start with the basics.... air filter, spark plugs, vacuum leaks. You can measure fuel pressure, bang on the exhaust and check for rattles ....
