The price seemed a little high to me for the miles. First step would be to ask for the VIN number so you can check for recalls and more data, and also put the VIN in here to see the value.
I might negotiate him down to $6000 because of the mileage

The 1st, 3rd and 4th are spot on to new york's prices. The ones I selected were the absolute cheapest I could find.
sounds like a fair deal to me, been on FB for 4 weeks though, i inquired about a tundra last weekend, had 5 offers within one hour of posting, the first guy bought it on the same day, advertised for 2006 $6250, 4x4, 160K, not sure what he paid, i offered $8000 since i was 5th in line lol
I also saw a 2006 sr5 tundra w/ only 109k miles for $7000. But, it had worse records and it wasn't a limited trim. Man, those old tundra's sell for sooo much...
