So
I have a 2011 ford f150 xlt ecoboost and i have currently no heat only cold air
My question is does my truck have a heater control valve and if so where is it located

you need to do some investigation to pinpoint the cause of the problem.
Are the hoses going to the heater core hot?
If no then it could be clogged or have trapped air.
If yes, if could be your temperature blend door is stuck.
