my dads 2006 grand prix is leaking oil and it is starting to idle incorrectly and misfire. he went to custom sounds to get some speakers and a bass control and he got it back sounding funny.. is it his fault or custom sounds messing up something

What does upgrading a car stereo system have to do with oil leaks??????

yup stereo is drawing too much power
