I have a 2013 nissan frontier pro4x with 93,000 miles automatic, and I just noticed that a green liquid which I believe to be coolant is dripping on my passenger side floor mat, I traced it as far as I could and it appears to come from the inner top part of the dash. Any idea as to what could be the cause and if it really is coolant and not a/c refrigerant??

I’m not a professional mechanic so make sure to fact check me. The green liquid is most likely coolant. Your heater core has coolant running through it, there could possibly be a leak somewhere within that system. I hope this helps you.
