Greetings! I have BMW E90 323i 2007 model, milliage is around 273 000. There is white substance like milk shake sticking on a radiator cap and water pipes, but the colour of coolant is normal. Again it drips water from tail pipe, the emmissions pressure from tail pipe while idling is very low, the smoke is white. I am asking about the cause of these things. Thanks

You have a blown head gasket, plain and simple.
