Grinding noise

Mr. Kilmer I really appreciate this first of all.

i have a 2007 LS 460 that makes a grinding noise at slow speeds when turning extreme R or L.  The steering wheel resists me w an extreme turn.  I have uneven tire wear.  There is no clicking, vibration, oil leaking, squealing, or clunking.  The car is smooth as butter on the road. I think it’s tie rods, not the cv joint.  The control arms and shocks are new.
Thank you so much!

Well your tires are wearing on evenly so something obviously is worn. Watch my video how to check out your own car suspension system. Scotty. It's on YouTube and it'll show you how you can check all those parts for play. Now if you don't see any play, go to a good friend at alignment shop and they can measure the stuff with air equipment
