Hi, I have a 2003 toyota camery with 220k mile on It and when it is like 10 degrees or lower it will make a grinding noise right when you start it but goes away right away it is the 2.4 L engine wondering what could be wrong with it and how could I fix it

It's probably the VVTi pins/solenoids . . . the oil hasn't reached camshaft because it's so cold.
