My 2007 Ford Mustang 4.o V6
Had new keys made now car wont crank nor start. Locksmith charged
200 bux said keys mot working after being programmed
HELP

You need a better locksmith. The keys he cut aren't working with the security system/anti-theft system in the car.
I would just pay to have a dealer cut and program them for you. More expensive, but they work.

Get your money back from the locksmith. He botched the job.
