I have a 2005 350z roadster with 51000 miles. I don't drive it much but when I do it's like all my troubles escape thru the throttle. I took it out tonight and let it rip. 4 miles later I heard my exhaust make a gargle. Throttle it up and it's like my pipes were about to spit out liquids along with a steady jerking feel to the whole car. Could this be from stomping on it too much or is it time to replace some parts?
Thanks

Did you see any liquid. Did the car start blowing smoke out the tailpipe?
Trying banging your fist on your (cold) exhaust parts to see if it rattles inside.
