Hard start condition

Hello, I have a 2002 land cruiser 294000mi, does not start up right away (take a couple of seconds) Battery new, spark plugs new, fuel filter changed. Recent check engine light came up and looked up code indicating misfire in cylinder 5. I Replaced that ignition coil to get it going for the meantime. I still have hard start problem. Should I replaced all coils at once to possibly resolve? Do they degrade with time? What else can be causing this issue? thank in advance for response.

Put gage on fuel rail, check pressure (key on no need to start) and turn key off.  How long does the pressure stay within the correct pressure range? If not long, replace fuel pressure regulator, retest.  May be leaky injectors too.

Would leaky injectors cause fuel odor? Don’t have fuel smells. I will looking into testing pressure. Thanks

I think @HillBilly talks about internal leak, so you won't smell it.

No misfire codes

Thanks for the vids. Looks like I have a few things to try first. Nothing really about the coils causing this so I guess I will look into possible fuel or injector cleaning.

if you get nice big bright sparks on each plug then the coils are fine.

You can also trying running the engine in pitch dark. If there's any arcing over on the wires or coils it will show up.
