Hi! I have a 2011 honda civic. My steering is working fine while driving but when I maneuver, like when I turn the steering wheel to the to the right and forward, then J immediately go in to reverse all the way to the left , the steering turns hard. This is the only time the steering turns hard.

I assume you have electric power steering and if so odds are the motor is getting a little bit worn you might have a pro check it out with this Honda dealer level scan tool
I am using a hydraulic power steering pump
Have a pro check the power steering rack and pinion. Some of the valves might not work fine.
