hey scotty i have the same car like your wife making front end noise loose noise non stop replaced entire struts,motor mounts , ball joints and stabilizer links , but seems like its worse now sounds like thumping shook wheel up down left right feels solid drives great 225k on it can it be the tie rods as thats the only thing i have not replaced , doesnt matter if i go over bumps or not still makes the noise .
Well noises can be lots of things and with that age a lot of the rubber bushings are just worn from age. You might try spraying WD-40 on all the rubbers and see if the noise goes away. For my experience of that mileage, sometimes the bushings on the control arms go bad and unfortunately you got to replace the coal control arms. If they are bad you can't just replace the bushings. But aftermarket works fine
