I have a 2006 kia sportage LX V6 2.7 liter and it has 174,672 miles on it, its an automatic, and im having some small issue getting it to start. It has a new battery, new starter, new ground cable, and the alternator fuse and many other fuses were replaced. Ive tried spraying a very small amount (two 1-2 second sprays of starting fluid, charged the battery, had starter tested, still, nothing. Won't fire up. Ive got underneath and listened to hear the fuel pump, and can. Ive tried to jump it from another vehicle just to try in attempts of narrowing it to something. Checked the air filter. I do have a code for the mass airflow sensor popping up but have been driving the car like that for 5 years. Took it off and cleaned it. I havent pressure tested to see if fuel is getting pushed through and havent cracked the fuel rail to check, im just not sure what it could be, whether its small or not! Lol any help is greatly appreciated and welcomed.
Seems you've done most of the hard stuff lol, how about a vac leak test? Since I'm under the assumption that it cranks over try the simple stuff first.
Go after the basics - fuel, air, spark.
