I have a 2010 Lexus HS 250h with over 352K miles and my dealer wants to tear down my engine to see if they can repair my head gasket and to see if there is anything else wrong with my vehicle. They stated that there's a 9% leak in my #4 cylinder. Would it be advisable to use a product such as K Seal head gasket repair for my situation? What other options do I have other than to replace the head gasket all together?

Depends on whether you want to keep the car. The problem with an older hybrid like that is the those hybrid batteries. They're so expensive to replace and the car already has 352K miles on it. Stop leak products are just temporary at best and there's no guarantee they'll work. The head gasket should be fixed correctly if you plan on keeping the car.
