2006 Altima in great condition, Recently started running rough, checked the oil and now overfilled with coolant as it looks like milkshake. I am mechanicaly inclined and do most all repairs. Car has the 2.5l with 156575 miles. What are your recommendations!

A rebuilt cylinder head, a high quality MLS head gasket and ARP studs. Also, find the cause of the blown head gasket, ie, stuck closed thermostat, bad water pump, etc.
