Too late now.  Blown head gasket.  Sealers will not help.  Do not run the engine or it will hydro lock and bend the rods, then you'll need a new engine instead of just a rebuilt head.

Did the water from the exhaust happen when the engine was just started and then stop? That can happen when first starting up a cold engine. Water vapor is a byproduct of combustion and you can sometimes get a short trickle if a car has been sitting a long time and you first start it up. Does it turn to white smoke when the engine is warmed up or does liquid continue to come out of the exhaust? Are you losing coolant?

Unfortunately no magic gunk you put into the coolant is going to fix a bad head gasket if that's what you have. Any "sealer" is going to be at best a temporary bandaid that may not work at all and may plug up your cooling system instead of the leaking gasket.

However if you want to try something that might give some temporary relief, Scotty has recommended the Bars' Leak head gasket sealer. (Addendum: As @doc says, if you really are getting coolant out of the exhaust better stop running that engine now - it's too late and if you hydrolock the thing it's all over.)
