Hi there,I have a 2003 Silverado rwd,4.3 engine with 175k.
I treated the engine with a bottle of Bar’s head gasket sealer,and the truck ran very well for a period of 6 months.
Now the truck started to burn antifreeze again,can I add another bottle to fix the issue?

It's not a fix. It's meant to be a bandaid to hold you over for a little while until you replace the head gasket, or get a new vehicle. Sure, add it and you might get another month. It could also plug things up completely, or the head gasket will completely fail.
