I own a 2003 Acura Tl Type-s with after market hid head lights. For some reason. When I turn on my low beam lights. Only my passenger side turns on. The bulbs are good and ballasts. Also I put new head light relays and fuses look good. Can you tell me how to fix my problem? Please lete know asap please?

Put the OEM headlights back in the car.

How do you know the ballast is good? Did you try swapping it with a known working ballast?
