Hi sir Scotty, My country is selling a new 2023 ford ranger with a 2.0L single turbo engine with a 6speed Automatic transmission and it has been sold here for many years now. But in the 2023 model they put it in all the variants of the rangers except the top trim 4x4 that comes with a BITURBO 10speed AT. I watched your videos about it saying it has problems with the 10speed AT. But if I get the lower trim which only has a 6speed AT is it a good choice? I like the looks of the new ford ranger and the ride comfort it has a huge space under the hood because the ranger sold in my country only has the smaller 4 cylinder engine not the V6 sold in other countries. What maintenance should I give it so that it would last longer based on the dealership they do preventive maintenance every 10,000kms but I had experience being an intern doing preventive maintenance under a toyota dealership and they do it every 5,000kms. Can I apply the same principle on Ford rangers will it do a significant effect? should I still be concerned about the electronics of the Ford rangers breaking down under dealership warranty? I hope you could make a video about the new 2023 ford rangers. Thank you.

As the quality of Ford products has gone down the dumper, I would not even consider a Ford product, at all.

what brand of pickup do you recommend? except the toyotas is the nissan navara or mazda BT-50 a good alternative?

The Nissan Navara is a decent option.
