Hi scotty... i watch your videos all the time.
I have a 2017 ram promaster 3500 van v6 gas. Yesterday the driver side headlight were working great, then all of a sudden the running lights and left turning signal stop working.
I checked the fuse inside of the van with a meter and 2 of the fuse would not light up. I then place the meter inside where i removed the 2 fuses it seems like there is no power because the meter would not light up. I went and purchase 2 new fuses and still not working.
Could you please help! What else can i do. I don't think there is power going to those 2 fuses.

Is it still under warranty?

Sounds like a bad computer. Ram/Chrysler is well known for electrical gremlins.
