Headlight Alignment

I replaced the worn out factory headlight assemblies on my '99 Ranger off-road (the factory lifted Ford Ranger) a few months ago and I noticed the headlight alignments are pretty bad. Surprisingly, only one person has ever flashed their bright lights at me. Yesterday afternoon I adjusted the driver's side headlight downwards a pretty significant distance, to where it is in this image. It used to aim even higher than the passenger side. I have not adjusted the right side light yet but am going to try to, today. The wall of my apartment building is 30 feet from the truck. Does the left headlight look like it should be lowered a bit more? I tried to eyeball it and get the brightest section of light within about 18" of the base of the wall, but I did the work during the day, so it was a bit tough. I'm going to adjust the passenger side light so it is roughly even with the driver's side light.
