Headlight Compatibility on 2019 Ford Fusion

I own a 2019 fusion SE that comes with the standard halogen headlights/daytime running lights listed below.

I was wondering if it's possible to swap them out with these headlights that come with the hybrid/titanium trim?

Will the LED daytime running light strip and turn signals that are on these headlights work on my car? Or will there be an electrical issue?

The caveat phrase in the description is -

"However, some electrical wiring work may be required."  Are you prepared to mess with your cars wiring?

I wouldn't advise messing with a swap like this, unless it's guaranteed to work.

Changing headlights on that car is an absolutely horrendous job. Unless they changed it from 2013, in order to get at those headlights, you've got to remove the entire front fascia and take the headlight housings completely out of the car. All to change light bulbs. I know from experience. Ford's genius engineers even made it so you can't get at the foglights without pulling the fascia off as well. I put ZXEs and green fog foglights in my 2013 and it was a royal pain in the rear end.
