Headlight height adjustment motor stuck/faulty?

Hi, my headlight adjustments seem to either be stuck or broken somehow, as soon as I even power the car, they start to squeal a little and what I believe to level to right spot. They remain silent and still for couple of seconds but then randomly try to adjust again making a audiable electric motor sound. This doesnt stop while driving etc. When I try to switch the level  from 1 all the way to 4 you can hear both sides working continously for a while, then they stop and start to do same little adjustment/random squeeling at every level. What could or should I try to do to fix it? Can you find the motors themselfs if they are broken or do I need to swap the headlights themselfs? Thanks!

Well, those systems are extremely complex. You can't really analyze them without a dealer level scan tool. I would not just guess with the motor or something because they seem to be going on sometimes off. Sometimes I personally would disable the system and just leave them straight because fixing that thing could cost a small fortune
