I have a 2013 Chrysler 200 LX 2.4 l engine. My heater blows out only cold air. I flushed out the heater core but the problem persists. What else could be the problem?

I flushed out the heater core
and does it get hot? feel the hoses.
If it's not the heater core then it's the temperature blend door.
Yeah the two hoses that lead to the heater core do get hot
