Heater

I have a 2018 Honda Civic 1.5l Turbo. When idling, Ive noticed that my heater takes a while to get up to tempurature. After driving for a while with the heater on, and when I come to a stop, the tempurature meter drops. When that happens, my heater isnt as hot as it once was. Is this a thermostat issue, or could I be low on refrigerant? If I need to replace the thermostat, where is it located on my car?

it's winter. All of that sounds normal.

  1. Is that due to low refrigerant?

no, refrigerant is for cold air in the summer time.
