Hi, I drive a 172 Fiat Doblo van with 130km on the clock, my steering seems to be gone very stiff and pulling to the left, could this be connect to worn out shock Absorbers!

Well it could somewhat but generally stiff steering has more to do with ball joints, tie rods or bad tires

Sometimes the rough steering can be attributed to seized joint in the steering column
