Hello Scotty
Is it possible to fix caster issue on 2010 Lexus es 350?
Dealership sold it to me without inspection of the car . I didn't notice anything wrong with it right away took me a while to realize.
I took it to dealership was told alignment is good but caster is slightly off I guess smh
If caster is off the alignment isn't good.
From what I can find online it appears the caster is not adjustable, which is the case with most cars that have strut-type suspension. (Someone here who has specific knowledge of that model's suspension will hopefully let us know for certain.)
If caster is out of whack but not adjustable that implies something is bent (the car may have been in an accident) or suspension bushings are loose.
There are camber adjustment bolt kits like the one below but nothing for caster. Like @chucktobias said, either it's been in an accident or the dealer doesn't know the difference between caster and camber. Look at the outside edges of your tires to see if they are wearing more than the center portion. If so, the camber is out of adjustment, not the caster. Find a good, specialty alignment shop, not a dealer.
