If you want to lose the fan clutch the best bet would be to replace the whole assembly with a suitably-sized flex-fan. Either that or you could remove the mechanical fan altogether and install an electric one.

I mean its a 94 but back then ford was making them quite a bit better than they are today. I would just replace the whole fan assembly. They're not expensive and should be somewhat easy to change out. They just bolt onto the radiator. And those trucks are crazy popular so you should be able to find an aftermarket replacement fairly easily.

The fan clutch does not bolt to the radiator, it bolts to the water pump shaft.

As Chuck Tobias said Flex fan or electric. Me personally I would just get a new assembly they aren't that much money.

Fan clutch can't be too expensive. Leave it as designed unless you have done other mods to the engine to cause overheating.
