Hello guys, what’s y’all though on a 2014 Honda CR-V?

The 2014 Honda CR-V came with a 2.4L naturally aspirated engine (true and tried) with port injection only (a good thing!) paired to a 5-speed automatic transmission. This was before 2015 when they introduced the Earthdreams engine (also 2.4L naturally aspirated) but GDI (with no port injection) and paired to an (all new to CR-V) CVT transmission. For longevity, I would go with the 2014 CR-V with the port injection engine and 5-speed regular automatic transmission, the last year you could get that combo on the CR-V.
Be sure to still have an independent, trusted mechanic with a fancy scan tool check it out and give the OK before you buy it.
