Hello 2000 Lexus RX300 wont start, no codes. When I turn the keylights on lights dash go dim for a second but all the lights work after and I hear a clicking sound under the top left side of the dash inside the car?

Check battery, also your connections. Make sure everything is tight and clean.

The clicking sound may be a bad relay.
