Hello my name is mike munoz i have a 2007 ford focus ses hatcback and my spark plugs came our wet with oil do i chanhe the seals or should i worry about the engine only 2 spark plugs came out with oil the 3 only with only the tip and the las t was dry and also why my ford focus have a oil cooling system and it leak at the oil filter is crazy

Yes, it sounds like the valve cover gasket around those spark plug wells are going bad. I would change all the valve cover gaskets as oil leaking into the spark plug well can cause ignition issues.
