Hello Scotty, 2005 Tacoma X Runner 6 speed, 130,670 miles alternator was replaced and new battery after sitting for about one month, got her to start but now has a thumping idle and when you give it gas in neutral its rough, took for spin at about 20...
Please post a reply with the rest of your question. The system cut it off because you typed it into the wrong box.

Start off with cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body. Then scan the vehicle for any codes. Check the air filter and see if it's dirty, also check the spark plugs and fuel injectors.
