How do I fix my misfiring Infiniti fx35

Mr. Scotty longtime viewer of your channel, I need some advice on my vehicle I'm all out of ideas, it's a 2007 Infiniti fx35 used from dealership approximately 175000 on the engine....I changed the spark plugs with OEMs I changed the coil packs with duralast packs, also changed the left driver side valve cover gasket and the car is still running rough and idle is rough the codes are p0300 multiple misfires,  p1815 and p1757 I'm running out of options PLEASE IF YOU CAN GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTIONS..... THANK YOU GREATLY,

Can you return it, at all?

Its a bad idea buying an Infiniti >150,000 miles because they usually start to fall apart post that mileage, and yours seems to be no different.

My suggestion would be to use a obd2 scanner and see which cylinder(s) is(are) misfiring. Replace coil pack and spark plug. See if that works.
