Help 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel

My name is Veronica Giles I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel that has 192,340 miles. It is under the extended ecodiesel warranty from the lawsuit the EPA had against jeep. It’s under warranty til 199,184 miles or May 2024. Problem is my car has been in the shop for 2 years. I’ve reached out to FCA/ Stellantis about 30 times over this process and no help. My car was at Brinson CDJR in CorsicanaTexas for oil in coolant reservoir, after FCA told me to take it to them by email with address and phone number. They tore up-broke and removed parts, they were not working on. I had to take that dealership to court because they broke stuff that didn’t pertain to the fake diagnosis they quoted. The court ruled they pay 5000 dollars of the over 10,000 estimate. Even though the car is still not repaired. Now my jeep is at Pegasus CDJR since October 2, 2023. Almost two years combined and they don’t seem to be able to repair this vehicle. I’ve written a letter to Carlos Tavares the CEO of Stellantis, I guess? Scotty can you help me get some light shined on this problem please? The first dealership said it was my engine quoted me almost $30,000 an independent said it wasn’t the engine, but the manufacturer said they wouldn’t honor the warranty unless I took it back to the dealership. Now my car is at the third dealership Pegasus CDJR in Ennis Texas, and they’ve replaced the  Turbo, mass air flow sensor, PCM twice , injectors etc and check engine light keeps illuminating. I need this manufacturer to get involved. I’m paying full coverage insurance on a car I don’t have for two years? I’ve never heard of this in my life. To top it off the first dealership left the PCV hose off and almost killed me with carbon monoxide poisoning as well. It has been a journey. Sad thing is the government allowed them to lie about taking care of these repairs, I paid for allot of recall repairs before the recalls came out, the recall paperwork said 60 days for reimbursement, it has taken me 5 years to finally get reimbursed.

Well, you've tried the change dealers, write letters, take people to court approaches. Is  there a local TV station or newspaper? Stellantis and their dealers don't give a sh** about you, but they hate bad publicity, because then people know to  avoid dealing with them.

That would be my approach. I have also had some success with the "email carpet bomb" method - and make sure the dealers see who else you are contacting, where I live the State Attorney General for Consumer Affairs would be on my list.

Here's a site with contact info for that approach: https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/
