I have a 2014 Scion xB with 115,300mi. My son mistakenly added transmission oil in the coolant box and drove it like that for a day until both the check engine light and traction control off light came on. Took it to a shop where they flushed, cleaned, and refilled it back with coolant and lights were cleared. A week and a half later both lights turned on again took it to auto zone where they told me it is the oxygen sensors, my scan tool from amazon read codes P0607 and P0138 (which I'm not sure what they are), is it related to the first incident my son did or is this something entirely apart? and what can I do to fix this?
Rent out your son as a dealership mechanic.
or Jiffy lube
check the FAQ under "I am getting a trouble light on my dash."
Buy your son a bicycle and take away his car keys!
drag him to a library and make him read all the auto repair books they have. {black}:scared:
P0607 control module performance
P0138 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
So I am guessing the problem is related to accident
I suggest getting new oxygen sensor for the car 🚗
