Hi Scotty I’m just change a week ago spark plugs on my 2001 F150. 5.4L now I got the code P0300 multiple cylinders miss fire

Check the ignition coils. You might have put them in the wrong spot by accident. I would also look at the firing order for that engine.

I know this sounds weird, but you should always check new spark plugs for continuity and specified resistance thru the plug before installing them. I have recently had a couple of batches where several plugs were bad, when brand new.
