Jerking and Vibration after service

Hey Scotty, yesterday I went to do service at a service center for my Lexus GX 470 4.7L V8. The following services were done

Engine oil and filter change

Spark plugs change

Injector cleaning

Throttle Cleaning

Engine cleaning

Note: All parts are OEM

About 5 hours later, the car started vibrating and jerking noticeably and the check engine light kept blinking and then disappearing. A while after driving it that way

The following lights appeared and stayed solid in the dash which are Vsc Trac, Vsc off, CEL, and traction.

What could be the issue and the fix?

What could be the issue and the fix?

A blinking engine light is telling you "stop driving ASAP to prevent engine damage".

What kind of "service center" did you bring the car to? What comes up as far as codes or suspicious items in live data when you do a diagnostic scan?

Until now didn't look up the codes through scan tool would take it as soon as possible. It was a reputable service center (not the dealer) it specializes in major services and minor service and fixing small mechanical issues an computer issues.

It's possible they made a mistake of some sort or it might be coincidental. (You didn't state age or mileage.) Could be as simple as a loose vacuum hose, or it could be more involved. If there is nothing obvious that's visibly wrong a diagnostic scan would be the first step.

It is done about 285k miles
2006 model
Been flawless before this service

At that age and mileage anything is possible.
