Popping sound from front end at low speed

I hit a curb and Honda basically replaced all suspension on front left and the crossover sway bar.  About 6K of repairs.  It drives true and straight and fine over bumps and chewed up road sections.  It took about 4 trips to Honda for them to get it back into this shape.  🙁  HOWEVER I sporadically hear a "popping" sound coming from the front.  Not a "clunk" but sort of a popping.  It's intermittent but certainly enough to annoy the hell out of me and make me wonder if something is wrong.  Honda finds no problem.  It happens at low speeds only when starting from a stop OR during a weight transfer from a start or sometimes during the transfer of braking.  Never hear it going over bumps or when in full motion.  It was fine for the longest time but then I ran it through a car wash, and it instantly started it's routine of sporadic noise again.  Could this be something with the rubber bushings?  The low-speed weight transfer led me to suspect bushings and the undercarriage wash at the car wash really has me thinking it's related to that.  Thoughts????

reproduce the conditions. Follow your ears.

Someone needs to lean into or rock the car while someone else pokes their head underneath to locate the pop.
