Help Kia Optima

Hello,

I own a Kia Optima 2015 with almost 40,000 k. Every time during a snow season the car won't get out from the driveway. Last week it just kind die, it was the starter (burnt out, vehicle had no crank) which cost me $320 total. I found  there was a letter/recall for "knock sensor detention software" but Im pretty sure I tossed in the garbage. Im heading to the dealership to see if the honor this recall? if they don't I won't be able to claim for the repairs on an engine settlement that they have.

In your opinion should I keep this kia? is even a reliable car?

I found a Toyota Camry 2013 with 52 k on sale for $3600 which I find super cheap? well craigslist maybe it's a scam?

Thanks!!

Fortunately, you lost just the paper version. The full details of it are online, so please invest a little time reading through it! Any Kia dealership should offer to do the software update at no charge.

Thanks
I’ll do that a.s.a.p even though that recall or improved campaign “ was on 2018

I wouldn't keep a Kia as a planter box.  The Toyota, at ANY price would be better.

Ditch it ASAP. Those Korean cars fall apart quick.
