Hey Scotty I have a 09 Suzuki XL7 awd with 163,000 miles and it has a code a P0752 shift solenoid a stuck on. I want to sell it so I can get a better suv is it worth getting that part fix I don’t want to spend a whole lot of money.

I would be looking for an older Toyota 4 Runner with a v6 engine (and a new timing belt).

land cruiser is my first choice due to reliability. other good option are: 4runner, rav4, highlander, sequoia, cr-v. but it comes down to who maintain their vehicle best over others.

4runner or Highlander, just depends on what you need out of an SUV.

how much will the repair cost?

you'll have a harder time selling it with the trouble light on.

4Runner, Highlander....if you need BIG then Sequoia, Land Cruiser (NOT to be confused with Land Rover).

You might want to look at a Mazda CX-5 built after 2015.

The Sequoia from personal experience is a great car; we bought one brand new in 2003 and it's still running without giving us any trouble (we do the regular maintenance needed for taking care of the car). And all the other SUV options from Toyota or Honda are good too; just make sure to check for years that might be known for having specific issues.

Thank you guys. I do love a Toyota or a Honda. But I’m looking at a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport se. I want a smaller suv with awd or 4wd just to last me a long time.
