Hello Scotty sir,

I need some help with my 2010 Honda CRV with the R20A engine. I recently noticed that the transmission is leaking. It does not leave a puddle i only noticed it because the car was lifted for an oil change. At first i could not identify from where it was leaking from but after cleaning it i found that the leak is coming from a hole near where the transmission connects with the transfer case. I don't know if and how it can be fixed or maybe there is a seal that is needed. I am attaching pictures through a link please help

Looks like you have a leaking seal in the transmission, or possibly in the transfer case if that uses transmission fluid.

@chucktobias Is it an easy fox or tough?

Transmission needs to be removed to replace the seal. You could try something like the ATP-205 "Reseal" product that Scotty talks about. If the seal is just a bit dried out and hardened, but not otherwise damaged, it may help.
