also i know very little about quality and cats. so my question sorry this is a two parter,so, sorry...do the ones ive posted from rockauto fit? and are they good? could i go cheaper and get the same quality.
Thanks In advance!
"Cheap" and "quality" are mutually exclusive terms. The best of course would be OEM replacements, but also the most expensive.
Are you sure you need new converters? Your vehicle isn't all that old.
i believe so,

car is running really rough at idle and i was driving it once and started it and started driving and the car was sputtering and the check engine light came on.its my moms car. she has spent over 700 dollars at firestone where they replaced her MAF sensor.and they charged her 700 for freaking sprark plugs. and they have charged her for diag and on that same receupt charged her for evap sensor.
also id like to add the car will run hot very easily. i believe it to be the front bank and left bank cat, but i also think it could be another underlying issue causing the cats to go bad and dont know what it is

Going to a chain shop like Firestone is a mistake. If you're not going to be working on the vehicle yourself you need to find a good independent mechanic - no dealers, no Firestone, no Pep Boys, no Midas, etc.
What you need to do is look up those codes. You'll find they can have numerous different causes not necessarily related to the catalytic converter itself. There may be a single common cause triggering most if not all of them.
If engine problems did kill the off your converters you need to fix those problems first or you'll just kill off the replacements.
