Help with suspension issue

Hey Scotty. I have a 2002 Lincoln Town Car. 167K miles, auto transmission still smooth as butter and the 4.6L still gets 21.5MPG with my combined city and highway driving. My issue I'm having is the front end and sometimes the back right after the front randomly violently vibrates at highway speeds for about 4-5 seconds at a time and goes away like nothing happened then it's back to smooth cruising. I went to Firestone to get a suspension check and they said everything checked out except my shocks and my "may need" replacing. I've since replaced my shocks with brand new ones and nothing is wrong with my tires or alignment as I had those checked too and my car still does the same thing. HELP!

Did you get your wheels balanced?

Try rotating the front wheels to the back and see if the vibration moves with them.

Yea I've had the wheel rotated and balances plenty of times. Since the issue started. Tires thoroughly inspected as well
