I have a ML Triton 3.5 l petrol it has rough idle I'm suspecting it has a vacuum leak unsure .when I start the car revs are little high and then drop down and when I give it a little rev idle goes rough and it's like the car wants to stall and then comes good what could problem be thanks

Start with cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body.
