My Wife has a 2005, Opel Astra, 5 speed manual fitted with the Z16XEP engine.
Check engine light is on and it has the following codes.
P0120 Throttle/pedal position sensor.
P0201 Cylinder 1 injector malfunction.
P0202 " 2 " "
P0203 " 3 " "
P0204 " 4 " "
P2300 Fuel pump relay primary circuit malfunction.
P0650 Not really sure what this code relates to.
Tried to turn the codes off but they come straight back.
The odd thing is, the car runs perfectly. No misfiring and pulls strongly throughout the gears.
Any suggestions as to what may be happening here please?

Clarification: What is the mileage?
How old is the battery? Start with load testing the battery and alternator. Make sure the cables for the battery poles are clean and tight.
Did you get all these codes at the same time?

The Battery is about four years old, but has tested as being ok. Alternator is charging well. I can access this data via a procedure on the dash display. It was showing 13.7 volts.
Yes all the codes came at the same time.
Did you load test the battery? If so, reset the car computer. It can help.
Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 min. to reset the computer. Scotty has several videos on the subject.

For a 17 year old vehicle, have you ever changed the fuel filter? What is the mileage? Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge. Clean or replace your injectors and spark plugs.

The fuel filter is inside the tank so has never been changed. The mileage is 121,000. I have put an additive in the fuel to clean the injectors.
Like i say, it runs perfectly. Would it with fuel pressure or injector issues?
Spark plugs and coil pack replaced autumn 2021 with genuine GM plugs and coil pack.
Yes, that's one way. You can also do it by disconnecting the neg. battery cable and turning on the headlights with most older cars.
Mileage is 121,000 miles. The car has been well maintained all its life.
Update.
Battery and alternator were tested and are both good. Had codes cleared using 'snap on solus' code reader. Codes returned. Engine runs fine.
