I know it will controversial, but between the years of 2010 to 2020 is the most reliable. Looking to upgrade from a 2006 f-150. Most reliable.

Well if you talk and big trucks Toyota tundra with the normally aspirated V8. Doesn't matter what year. I wouldn't buy the new ones cuz they went to twin turbo v6s and all the engines are blowing
