Thanks Scotty. It doesn’t burn oil just want the best oil. And I don’t want it to Start burning I was thinking castrol gtx high mileage.
Clarification: Year, Make, Model, Engine?

190,000 miles and if your existing oil has given you no issues - then continue to stick with that. Who knows what introducing potentially different additives from the other oil might do to that high mileage engine?

The high mileage oils contain seal conditioners but otherwise are the same as regular oils. They would not have any effect on oil burning. It's iffy whether they would help seals either, but one of the users here reported success with that.
