02 audi allroad 175,043 miles so I havent driven my car in a few days but today when I turned her on I got white emissions, last time I drove her this wasn’t happening.
I did have to move her yesterday due to street parking (nyc) but it was less than 10 feet distance.
yesterday she wasn’t running white.
I did however make a mistake and put washer fluid in the coolant reservoir. Which i immediately recognized my slip up and drained the reservoir and washed it out. I also took the reservoir out completely to do this due to lack of a turkey baster
i did not start her up until after that incident
I changed my canister purge valve as well, reason being I am having air issues
my intake duct was on wrong from an Audi mechanic
so the original codes I received where p1426
p1423 p1411 p0103 and p1115 p0300
after I cleared the codes today I’m only getting p1115 reading back to me.
again I have not driven her anywhere in a few days.
Today when I noticed the white emissions it was after a cold start.
am I over thinking this or could it be a blown head gasket or worse?
id appreciate the time and advice if you have any.
You did not state weather conditions. "White emissions" are normal in cold weather when first starting a cold engine. It's only concerning if it doesn't stop after the engine warms up.
Replace the Bank 1 sensor 1 02 sensor. The heating element has burned out.
