hey scotty, i have a 2005 chevy impala with a automatic transmission with 110k miles. do you think it’s ok if i drained and filled my transmission? also how long do you recommend i can go for mileage using ams oil? i have the 3.8 3800 series v6.

I would not touch it of it has not been changed yet. Regarding the oil, every 5k miles or once a year.
